He wants to kill my dog!

I got a new pup, a collie. She's a rescue, a working dog and is always full of energy and chewing stuff. I take her out a lot but ten minutes rest and she's full of it. She chewed his favourite shoes his car seat and his tablet (a little). He's laid down the law ... 'The Dog or Me' ... I've told him not to be stupid, give the dog time, or it'll be the dog and bye bye bozo.
